If you interested in renting a property in the Fylde area we advise that you consider the main features of the area in which you may wish to live. Factors to take into consideration include; transport links, schools, work/family commitments and finances. Once you have decided on the type of property and area to satisfy your needs you can arrange external and internal viewings until you are satisfied you have found the right property for you.

GUIDE TO VIEWING

Once you have searched our database you are welcome to call our dedicated lettings team for any further information and arrange a convenient appointment to view the properties you are interested in. You will be met at the property by a member of our viewings team, who will have knowledge of the surrounding area and the property. The viewing can take as little or as long as you require and we can answer any queries you may have.

MAKING AN APPLICATION

Once you have made a decision on the property we will provide you with an application form and guide you through the process of completing it and providing evidence to support your eligibility.

Please note, requirements for renting vary but we can assist you all the way.

Once your application is submitted to MK Property we will keep you informed of the progress as swiftly as possible.

MOVING IN

Moving with MK Property is easy! An appointment will be arranged at our office to sign all the necessary paperwork and issue keys, rent book, tenancy deposit scheme and inventory. Details are also provided for maintenance issue and repairs, EPC and safety records, 24 hour emergency service, energy suppliers and local services. But it does not stop there! Our dedicated and friendly management team will be available to deal with any query you may have throughout the period of your tenancy.
